The Nicholasville Police Department is working a serious traffic collision on US 27 at Industry Parkway.

All northbound traffic is being diverted to Catnip Hill while police are investigating the collision.

Southbound traffic is down to one lane at this time, according to a statement from Nicholasville Police.

The department’s collision reconstruction unit was en route to the scene at approximately 7:30 p.m.

Use caution in the area as traffic is heavy.
