Nicholasville Police Reports
• Ashley Hager, 37, of Nicholasville was charged March 19 with 3rd-degree criminal trespassing after police received a complaint about how Hager was walking around Lime Lane screaming that she had been possessed. Police said Hager entered Saint Athanasius Orthodox Church and started yelling at folks. Police arrested Hager and took her to the Jessamine County Detention Center.

• Jeffrey Gaffney, 66, of Nicholasville was charged March 19 with 1st-degree wanton endangerment and discharging firearms. Police responded to a report of gunshots being fired in an apartment building on Wichita Drive. Police said the apartment building’s residents reported that Gaffney allegedly fired three shots in his apartment and pointed a gun at another person.

• Darren Clark, 32, of Nicholasville was charged March 20 with non-payment of court costs, fees and fines. Bench warrant served on Clark for a charge of receiving stolen property.

• Nicholas Rouse, 33, of Lexington was charged March 21 with violation of an emergency protective order/domestic violence order.

• Brody Taylor, 18, of Nicholasville was charged March 21 with alcohol intoxication in a public place after he was observed walking along Longview Drive under the influence of alcohol.

• Carl Collins, 39, of Nicholasville was charged March 21 with non-payment of court costs, fees and fines. Collins was charged with menacing March 21 after began to clinch his fists and posture his body as if he were going to allegedly attack a police officer who was questioning him.

• Linda Lutz, 62, of Nicholasville was charged March 20 with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and wanton endangerment.

• Hailey Joleen Byers, 21, of Nicholasville was charged March 19 with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
