Jessamine Chamber of Commerce is ready to honor the year’s top businesses and entrepreneurs at its annual awards dinner.

The event is set for Feb. 24 at RJ Corman Hanger. Appetizers start at 5:30 p.m., and dinner starts at 6:30 p.m.
The cost is $50 per person.

At the annual dinner, the chamber will recognize businesses and individuals that have made an impact in the community over the last year, said

Ronda May, chamber executive director. “We give out 12 awards, thank directors that are rolling off the board and welcome new directors,” she said. “We are excited to recognize the award recipients and thank them for all their hard work for 2021.”

This year’s theme is casino night. Besides food, the event will include some fun games, music and silent auction.

“Our theme this year is casino night, so we decorate and create an environment that is fun,” May said. “We encourage attendees to take pictures and bid on silent auction items.”
