Florence Marie Life, 86, wife of Darrell Dean Life, of Lexington Rd, Wilmore, passed away Friday, October 29, 2021, at Wesley Village. She was born in Viola Township, Minnesota, on August 7, 1935, to the late Elmer L. and Ethel A. Whitcomb Fuchs. She was a retired secretary for the Red Bird Mission for over 20 years and was a member of the Wilmore Free Methodist Church. Additional survivors include four sons, Kevin Scot Life, Mark Dean Life, Eric Brent Life, and Darin Curt Life, two brothers, John H. Fuchs, and Stanley E. Fuchs, one sister, Clarice E. Bierbaum, five grandchildren, Richard Life, Michael Life, Stephen Life, Terrance Life, and Brandon Life. Services will be 8:30 AM Friday, November 5, 2021, at Betts & West Funeral Home, with Pastor Darrell Diddle officiating. Burial will follow in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Grandchildren will serve as bearers. Visitation will be from 5-7 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions are suggested to Wesley Village Benevolent Fund.
