William Danny Land, 72, husband of Bonnie Masters Land, died Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at his home in Nicholasville, Kentucky.

He was born in Jessamine County, Kentucky, on March 6, 1949, to Louise Floyd Land and the late Walter Land. Additional survivors include daughters, Ashley Land and Jamie Murillo and a son, Jared Hughes and his wife Lisa, brother Douglas Land, and four sisters, Sonya Land, Linda Wright (Mike), Pamela Tudor (David), and Angie Land; 10 grandchildren, Troy Murillo, Emily Murillo, Molly Murillo, Chase Munoz, William Blake Land, Gavin Land, Mason Land, Jase and Lydia Land, and a special grandson, Austin Land. Services will be 3 p.m., Friday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Jared Hughes and Joe Van Winkle officiating. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery. Bearers will be Austin Land, Troy Murillo, William Blake Land, Abraham Munoz, Lupe Bucio and Gustavo Murillo. Honorary Bearers will be Ildefonso Munoz, John Roberts, Bob Bourne, Roger Turner, Ray Whitaker, Scott Canter, and Jerry Hubbard.
