Charged
— Tony W. Gaines, 49, of 122 W. Brown St., Nicholasville, was charged Sept. 8 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a probation violation warrant.
— Lis aKay Shropshire, 57, of Sadieville, was charged Sept. 10 with driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.
— Rocky Slone, 43, of 311 S. Third St., Nicholasville, was charged Sept. 9 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence (second offense), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle.
— Hagan O. Teague, 26, of Covington, was charged Sept. 10 with driving under the influence.
— Tiffany Judah, 28, of 517 Williams Road, Nicholasville, was charged Sept. 10 with third-degree assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
— Lakota Divens, 30, of Lexington, was charged Sept. 12 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— Donald R. Luttrell, 41, of 248 Pleasant Point Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Sept. 12 with fourth-degree assault.
— Jeremy A. Parker, 31, of Lexington, was charged Sept. 11 with theft by unlawful taking, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and prescription controlled substance not in proper container.
