NICHOLASVILLE POLICE

Charged

— Dylan Wayne Frazier, 25, of 206 Beechwood Drive, Nicholasville, was charged June 2 with driving under the influence, possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and possession of marijuana.

— Matthew Wesley Gibson, 27, of 229 Williamsburg Drive, Nicholasville, was charged June 3 with driving under the influence (fourth or greater offense), and driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license (second offense).

— Ali A. Mahdi, 26, of 2160 Fontaine Road, Nicholasville, was charged June 2 with driving under the influence and possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

— Christy M. Rodriguez, 40, of 110 N. Fourth St., Nicholasville, was charged June 4 with vehicle a nuisance, driving under the influence, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Jerry Wayne Gambrel, 53, of Louisville, was charged June 7 with driving under the influence (second offense).

— John Michael L. Hisel, 24, of 113 McPeek Place, Nicholasville, was charged June 5 with trafficking in marijuana less than eight ounces and no registration plate.

— William D. Weigle, 23, of 143 Allison Circle, Nicholasville, was charged June 7 with violation of an EPO/DVO.

— At 4:04 p.m. June 1, firefighters responded to an EMS call on South Central Avenue.

— At 10:32 p.m. June 1, firefighters responded to an EMS call on Birch Drive.

— At 12:49 p.m. June 2, firefighters responded to an EMS call on Peelmore Court.

— At 5:57 p.m. June 2, firefighters responded to a vegetation fire on East Brannon Road.

— At 7:28 p.m. June 2, firefighters were called to Nottaway Drive concerning an authorized controlled burn.

— At 8:11 p.m. June 2, firefighters responded to an EMS call on Hill-N-Dale Drive.

— At 9:27 p.m. June 2, firefighters were called to Birch Drive for an authorized controlled burn.

— At 12:07 a.m. June 3, firefighters responded to a smoke detector sounding on Wabarto Way. The system malfunctioned.

— At 4:06 a.m. June 3, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Blueberry Lane.
