Charged

— Elize Pierre Paul, 45, of 245 Kimberly Heights Drive, Nicholasville, was charged April 19 with first-degree wanton endangerment.

— Olivia C. Collins, 35, of 102 N. Maile St., Nicholasville, was charged April 17 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and prescription controlled substance not in proper container.

— Richard Barnes, 59, of 2968 Sugar Creek Pike, Nicholasville, was charged April 18 with possession of an open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle and driving under the influence.

— Travis Von Taylor, 34, of 224 Winding Way, Wilmore, was charged April 17 with driving under the influence.

— Devin D. Taylor, 23, of 405 Harlan Drive, Nicholasville, was charged April 18 with driving under the influence.

— Treymar Robert Lee, of 107 W. Brown St., Nicholasville, was served a probation violation warrant and two non-payment of fines warrants on April 7.

— Vanessa Dawn Yazell, 36, of Lexington, was charged April 7 with possession of marijuana, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence and disorderly conduct.

— Everett S. Young, 44, of Lexington, was charged April 8 with theft by unlawful taking, driving on a suspended operator’s license and no registration plate.

— Aaron Henry Rodgers, 32, of Lexington, was charged April 12 with no tail lamps, first-degree fleeing or evading police (two counts), trafficking in marijuana, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence.

—Chad E. Embry, 45, of 204 Northbrook Road, Nicholasville, was charged April 10 with fourth-degree assault.

— Robert Aaron Hager, 41, of 1164 Hunters Ferry Road, Nicholasville, was charged April 11 with driving under the influence, first-degree wanton endangerment and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

— Joseph C. Harbey, 48, of 105 Dogwood Court, Nicholasville, was charged April 11 with driving under the influence, possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.

— Temmy Obrecht, 49, of 123 Cottage St., Nicholasville, was charged April 14 with driving under the influence.

— Marty T. Debruler, 58, of 1685 Hoover Pike, Nicholasville, was charged April1 3 with driving under the influence.

— Cody Collins, 27, of Lancaster, was charged April 15 with driving under the influence, no registration plate and failure to maintain insurance.

— William Tyler Burgin, 32, of 314 Village Circle, Wilmore, was served a warrants April 15  for theft by unlawful taking, parole violation, non-payment of fines and failure to appear. He was also charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, theft of identity and first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

— Ashley Brooke Edwards, 34, of 301 W. Ridge Drive, Nicholasville, was charged April 15 with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— At 12:26 a.m. April 13, firefighters responded to an electrical problem on Grapevine Court.

— At 1:08 p.m. April 13, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Grey Oak Lane. There was no fire.

— At 12:40 a.m. April 14, firefighters responded to an EMS call on Lexington Road.

— At 9:10 a.m. April 14, firefighters responded to a fuel spill on Armory Place.

— At 11:50 a.m. April 14, firefighters responded to an EMS call on Edgewood Drive.

— At 3:59 p.m. April 14, firefighters were called to Hill-N-Dale Drive for a smell of smoke.

— At 12:31 a.m. April 15, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident on South Main Street.

— At 3:47 p.m. April 15, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Lexington Road. It was a false alarm.

— At 4:59 p.m. April 15, firefighters responded to an EMS call on South Main Street.

— At 8:04 p.m. April 15, firefighters responded to an EMS call on Frederick Road.

— At 8:20 p.m. April 15, firefighters were called to Keene Road after sprinklers were activated. The system malfunctioned.
