WILMORE POLICE

Charged

Paul Spencer, 65, of 332 Epworth Ave., Wilmore, was charged with indecent exposure, alcohol intoxication and was served a warrant from Laurel County.

NICHOLASVILLE FIRE

— At 6:54 a.m. March 16, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Lexington Road.

— At 5:15 p.m. March 16, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Groggins Ferry and Lexington roads.

— At 11:57 p.m. March 16, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Rebel Road.

— At 4:20 a.m. March 17, firefighters responded to a carbon monoxide detector sounding on Amburgey Circle. The detector had malfunctioned.

— At 9:55 a.m. March 17, firefighters responded to an EMS call on North Second Street.

— At 10:18 a.m. March 17, firefighters responded to an EMS call on North Central Avenue.

— At 1:05 p.m. March 17, firefighters responded to a gas leak on Barberry Lane.

— At 7:15 p.m. March 17, responded to a lock-in complaint on Churchill Crossing.

— At 10:59 p.m. March 17, firefighters responded to a public assistance call on Beauford Place.

— At 3:52 a.m. March 18, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Patmore Lane.

— At 7:17 a.m. March 18, firefighters were called to Depot Street for a lock out.

— At 9:15 a.m. March 18, firefighters responded to a public assistance call at Station 2.

— At 7:38 p.m. March 18, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Cook Lane. The detector had malfunctioned.

— At 12:17 a.m. March 19, firefighters responded to a public assistance call at Station 1.

— At 11:02 p.m. March 19, firefighters responded to a smoke detector sounding on Orchard Drive. There was no fire.

— At 1:49 p.m. March 20, firefighters were called to Woodview Drive for a lockout.

— At 6:26 a.m. March 21, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on North Central Avenue. There was no fire.

— At 10:33 a.m. March 21, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on West Walnut Street.

— At 12:35 p.m. March 21, firefighters were called to Edgewood Drive for smoke in the area.

— At 1:23 a.m. March 22, firefighters were called to Keene Road for a sprinkler activation. The system had malfunctioned.

— At 6:27 p.m. March 22, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Stonehaven Drive.

 

NICHOLASVILLE POLICE

Charged

— Kristie Lee Taylor, 31, of 202 Woodspoint Way, Wilmore, was charged March 21 with driving under the influence (fourth or greater offense), prescription controlled substance not in proper container, second-degree possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.

— Joshua D. Grigsby, 27, of 306 Faulconer Drive, Nicholasville, was charged March 19 with fourth-degree assault.

— Austin Loss, 21, of 169 Oakmont Drive, Nicholasville, was charged March 12 with driving under the influence, possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and possession of marijuana.

— Brandi M. Lay, 39, of 412 Nottaway Drive, Nicholasville, was charged March 6 with trafficking in a controlled substance, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Alan Robert Rudd, 38, of Lexington, was charged March 10 with no registration plate, driving on a suspended operator’s license and driving under the influence.

— David Grand Marshall, 28, of Lexington, was charged March 16 with driving under the influence.

— Glen Alan Curtis Richardson, 27, of 515 Foxwood Drive, Nicholasville, was charged March 17 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Ernest Simpson, 49, of 117 Wheatfield Court, Nicholasville, was charged March 19 with driving under the influence.
