WILMORE POLICE

Charged

— Jeremy Bartlett, 18, of 100 Kesterson Lane, was charged with custodial interference and was served a warrant.

— Jonathan Perry, 41, of 327 E. Main St., Wilmore, was charged with second-degree burglary and first-degree criminal trespass.

— Lisa Rooney, 53, of 1015 Shanty Hill Lane, was charged with violation of conditions of release.

Charged

— Mark Hamann, 37, was charged Feb. 5 with a probation violation warrant.

— Kaleb Thurman, 20, of Eubank, was charged Feb. 9 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.

— Sondra Johnson, 49, of 3023 Lexington Road, Nicholasville, was charged Feb. 3 with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

— Tyler W. Bonds, 32, of 108 Foxwood Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Feb. 6 with second-degree robbery.

— Kenneth A. Wills, 37, of St. Louis, Missouri, was charged Feb. 6 with theft by failure to make required disposition of property.

— Francis Hughes, 40, of Lexington, was charged Feb. 6 with theft by unlawful taking (two counts).

— Roger Kanatzer, 40, of Lexington, was charged Feb. 6 with violation of an EPO/DVO.

— Johnny Groves, 46, of 610 Shun Pike, Nicholasville, was charged Feb. 5 with theft of services.

— David Albert Toth, 35, of Lexington, was charged Feb. 5 with driving under the influence (second offense).

— Hailey P. Turner, 2080 Pollard Pike, Nicholasvlle, was charged Feb. 5 with public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.
