Charged

— Larry Hall, 47, of 425 Handys Bend Road, Nicholasville, was charged Jan. 17 with driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license (third offense).

— Derico D. Washington, 27, of Lexington, was charged Jan. 21 with theft by unlawful taking.

— Dewayne Thacker, 44, of 107 Briarwood Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Jan. 22 with driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and first-degree persistent felony offender (Fayette County indictment warrant).

— Charles Duh, 28, of 110 Queens Way, Nicholasville, was charged Jan. 22 with theft by unlawful taking (Fayette County warrant).

— Khalil S. Tatum, 18, of Lexington, was charged Jan. 21 with first-degree robbery (Fayette County warrant).

— Vadim Linnik, 24, of Lexington, was charged Jan. 23 with driving under the influence and possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

— Beverly T. Tyson, 64, of 208 Rolling Acres Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Jan. 17 with driving under the influence.

— William E. Meador, 32, of 405 W. Maple St., Nicholasville, was charged Jan. 18 with driving under the influence (second offense) and failure to maintain insurance.

— Ronald W. Stinnett, 59, of 504 Nottaway Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Jan. 18 with driving under the influence (third offense).

— Andrew M. Morgan, 42, of 108 Beechwood Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Jan. 19 with no registration plate, failure to maintain insurance, driving under the influence and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— David Firster, 24, of 313 Bellevue Ave., Wilmore, was charged Jan. 19 with speeding, no registration plate, failure to maintain insurance and driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license (third offense).

— Joseph Houp, 31, of 199 Lakeview Circle, was charged Jan. 23 with first-degree bail jumping and persistent felony offender (Wayne County warrant).

— Lakin Todd, 24, of Nicholasville, was charged Jan. 23 with trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), first-degree promoting contraband, possession of drug paraphernalia, terroristic threatening, driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license and third-degree possession of a controlled substance (indictment warrant).

— Dezmond Davis, 24, of Nicholasville, was charged Jan. 23 with trafficking in a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, possession of marijuana and giving an officer false identifying information (indictment warrant).

— Kevin Carter, 31, of Nicholasville, was charged Jan. 23 with driving under the influence and no registration plate (indictment warrant.

— Brian Purcell, 46, of Nicholasville, was charged Jan. 23 with first-degree strangulation (indictment warrant).

— Jeremy Corman, 35, of Nicholasville, was charged Jan. 23 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree assault and third-degree possession of a controlled substance (indictment warrant).

— Justice Sterlin, 37, of Nicholasville, was charged Jan. 22 with kidnapping, first-degree sodomy, second-degree assault, persistent felony offender and second-degree fleeing or evading police (indictment warrant).
