A Nicholasville man was arrested after driving 103 mph in a 55 zone in the rain.

According to Nicholasville Police, officers spotted a vehicle on U.S. 27 driving well above the speed limit at 2:08 a.m. Jan. 14. Once the vehicle stopped, officers said they could smell marijuana coming from the interior of the vehicle.
