U.S. Rep. Andy Barr recently announced new mobile office hours for the Sixth District’s 19 counties.

Mobile office hours offer constituents the opportunity to meet with a member of Congressman Barr’s staff in person at a location in the constituent’s home county.

New office hours for Jessamine County will be from 2 to 3 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month.

Office hours are held in the Fiscal Court Chambers of the Jessamine County Courthouse, 101 N. Main St., Nicholasville.

During mobile office hours, Congressman Barr’s staff can assist constituents with federal agency issues including Social Security disability benefits, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Medicare benefits, expedited passport requests, IRS issues, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and veterans compensation claims, military records, service issues and medals
