Lexington man arrested for DUI
Brandon Rose McGuffey, 31, of 408 Lenney Court Apt. 3 in Lexington, was arrested July 3 for DUI, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
McGuffey was seen traveling North on Main Street past officers when allegedly a strong odor of marijuana could be detected coming from the vehicle.
A traffic stop was initiated, and McGuffey allegedly admitted to smoking marijuana 45 minutes prior to the stop.
McGuffey agreed to a field sobriety test, which he failed. McGuffey was then taken to St. Joseph Jessamine before being transferred to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Lexington man arrested for DUI
Alex Quintel Armstrong, 28, of 160 Blue Heron Place in Lexington, was arrested July 4 for speeding 26 mph over the limit, DUI, first-degree wanton endangerment and failure to wear seatbelts, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Armstrong’s vehicle was seen traveling at a high rate of speed on Catnip Hill. While approaching the vehicle during a traffic stop, officers allegedly witnessed the front passenger of the vehicle drinking a can of something and throw it out of the vehicle.
Officers then noticed the vehicle was occupied by three subjects, the driver not wearing his seatbelt, and that the can thrown was a Budweiser can. A field sobriety test was performed which Armstrong failed. He was taken to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested for DUI
Robert Jamison Johns, 43, of 176 Old Mill Road in Nicholasville, was arrested July 3 for DUI, insufficient headlight and rear license not illuminated, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Johns vehicle was seen traveling with one headlight. Upon contact with Johns, a strong odor of marijuana could be detected coming from the vehicle, according to the citation.
Johns was asked if he had smoked recently, to which he allegedly replied, “no, I only had a few beers.”
A field sobriety test was performed, which Johns failed. Johns was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Versailles woman arrested for DUI
Diana Victoria Moskalyuk, 22, of 212 Colonial Drive in Versailles, was arrested July 3 for DUI, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Moskalyuk was involved in a motor vehicle collision and was described as barely able to keep her eyes open and swaying back and forth.
A field sobriety test was performed, which Moskalyuk failed. She was arrested and taken to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

— Bryant R. Nicholson, 26, of 1821 Duncan St. in Louisville, was arrested June 30 for fleeing or evading police, DUI and no operator’s license.
— Mathew W. Hammons, 35, of 106 Wabrto Way in Nicholasville, was arrested July 1 for failure to appear.
— Amanda Lea Maggard, 29, of 316 Wichita Drive Apt. 18 in Nicholasville, was arrested July 1 for non-payment of court costs and operating on a suspended or revoked license.
— Hunter A. Blair, 20, of 325 Savannah Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested July 1 for third-degree criminal mischief.
— Connor J. Lister, 18, of 117 Briarwood Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested July 1 for third-degree criminal mischief.
— Johnny U. Adams, 49, of 210 E. Oak St. in Nicholasville, was arrested July 2 for fourth-degree assault.
— Angela M. Butler, 50, of 3803 Old Riverside Road Apt. 2 in Dayton, Ohio, was arrested July 2 for failure to appear and non-payment of court costs.
— Lacey Dewitt, 32, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested July 2 for failure to appear.
— Plummer Jones, 35, of 3480 Woodspring Drive in Lexington, was arrested July 2 for failure to appear.
— Diana Victoria Moskalyuk, 22, of 212 Colonial Drive in Versailles, was arrested July 3 for DUI.
— Lisa R. Rooney, 52, of 116 Rarrick Ave. in Nicholasville, was arrested July 3 for theft by unlawful taking.
— William Floyd White, 48, of 3745 Camelot Drive #94 in Lexington, was arrested July 3 for failure to appear.
— Todd Eugene Beck, 60, of 531 Michigan St. #B in Lexington, was arrested July 3 for non-payment of court costs.
— Melissa D. Metcalf, 41, of 109 Ware Blvd. in Nicholasville, was arrested July 3 for alcohol intoxication in a public place, contempt of court and disorderly conduct.
— Jean Drake, 37, of 500 Nottaway Drive Apt. B in Nicholasville, was arrested July 3 for possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear and promoting contraband.
— James D. Shephard, 29, of 103 Hartley Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested July 3 for a probation violation.
— Christopher Easley Jr., 36, of 140 Florence Court in Nicholasville, was arrested July 3 for receiving stolen property.
— Lacey Dewitt, 32, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested July 3 for failure to pay.
— William Keagley, 29, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested July 3 for first-degree robbery.
— Justin D. Jones, 39, of 2020 Mackey Pike in Nicholasville, was arrested July 3 for failure to appear.
— Brandon Lee Moberly, 33, of 305 Manhattan Drive in Lexington, was arrested July 3 for failure to appear.
— Amanda Edwards, 33, of 379 Cardinal Circle in Lancaster, was arrested July 3 for failure to appear.
— Jessica Lee Overby, 21, of 102 Lone Oak Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested July 4 for possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle and DUI.
— Lydia F. Cooper, 33, of 703 Woodspointe Way in Nicholasville, was arrested July 4 for speeding 14 mph over the limit and DUI.
— Ashlee Smith, 30, of 1185 Taylor Ridge in Nicholasville, was arrested July 4 for contempt of court and failure to appear.
— Michael D. White, 41, of 3455 Union Mill Road in Nicholasville, was arrested July 4 for failure to appear.
— Rafael Garcia, 22, of 109 Woodlawn Court in Nicholasville, was arrested July 4 for failure to appear.

— Elijah Keding, 21, of 416 Millsburg Road in Paris, was arrested July 6 for speeding 18 mph over the limit, DUI, possession of an open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle and no registration plates.
— Ethan Hulett Hager, 21, of 116 Lindsey Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested July 6 for DUI.
— Stephanie Renae Lanham, 36, of 505 Elm Court in Georgetown, was arrested July 6 for failure to appear.
— Ashley Bowman, 30, of 206 Corchelle Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested July 6 for failure to appear.
— April Houp, 35, of 303 Longview in Nicholasville, was arrested July 6 for failure to appear.

— Autumn J. Jones, 39, of 3864 Trout Court in Lexington, was arrested July 7 for speeding 20 mph over the limit, theft of identity of another without consent, operating on a suspended or revoked license and failure to maintain required insurance.
— Jason C. Yazell, 40, of 2413 Reims Road in Lexington, was arrested July 7 for violation of a Kentucky emergency protection order.
— Michael J. Manning, 39, of 644 N. Limestone Ave. in Lexington, was arrested July 7 for failure to appear, operating on a suspended or revoked license and failure to wear seat belts.
— David T. McCabe, 53, of 71 Griffin Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested July 7 for non-payment of court costs.
— Nathaniel S. Baker, 39, of 412 N. Lexington Ave. in Nicholasville, was arrested July 7 for public intoxication.
— Peyton C. Clark, 21, of 801 Cannonball Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested July 7 for operating on a suspended or revoked license.
— Kaylen M. Clem, 29, of 166 Lois Lam in Nicholasville, was arrested July 7 for failure to appear.
