Nicholasville man arrested for fleeing police
Trevor Elliott, 21, of 544 Bell Place Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested June 3 for speeding 26 mph over the limit, reckless driving, fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle) and improper display of registration plates, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers observed Elliott traveling at a high rate of speed of 105 mph in a 55 mph zone with no visible plate. Elliott was then observed disregarding a red stop light at US 27 and KY 169. Elliott then fled from police after a traffic stop was attempted down Bell Place. Elliott was then located later in the vehicle and admitted to driving at the high rate of speed and fleeing police.
He was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested for concealed weapon
Walter Dayshawn Graham, 21, of 108 Wells Court in Nicholasville, was arrested June 4 for carrying a concealed weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, disregarding a traffic light and possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Graham was observed traveling on US 27 when he disregarded a stop sign at the intersection of North Main Street. While searching the vehicle, officers found a marijuana grinder in the center console along with a marijuana pipe.
A Taurus handgun was also located under the driver’s seat. Graham does not carry a concealed deadly weapons license, according to the citation. An empty alcoholic beverage container was also located on the rear floor board of the vehicle.
Graham was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested for fleeing police
Roger Gilbert, 25, of 2027 Hickory Hill Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested June 5 for fleeing or evading police (on foot), according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
While patrolling the area of Rebel Road and Southview Drive, Gilbert was seen walking behind Rite Aid. It was known that Gilbert had an active warrant for his arrest. After getting out of his cruiser and asking Gilder to come to him, the officer allegedly saw Gilbert flee on foot towards South Main Street.
Gilbert allegedly ran inside Kroger, where he was later apprehended and arrested. Gilbert was taken to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Lexington woman arrested for DUI
Sesha Grundy, 40, of 110 Ocoee Court in Lexington, was arrested June 7 for careless driving, operating on a suspended or revoked license and DUI, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Grundy was seen operating a vehicle in an unsafe manner by swerving across a lane of traffic. After a traffic stop was initiated, Grundy was described as having slurred speech and blood shot eyes, according to the citation.
Grundy allegedly told officers she had a suspended license. A field sobriety test was given, which Grundy failed.
Grundy was arrested and taken to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

— Cloyd Reshawn, 25, 106 Virginia Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested for no operator’s license, speeding 20 mph over the limited, receiving stolen property (firearm), trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.
— Stephanie Taylor, 29, of 308 Peachtree in Nicholasville, was arrested May 29 for a Jessamine County warrant.
— Benny Lee Smith, 37, of 1005 Coolwater Court in Lexington, was arrested May 30 for failure to appear.
— Anthony Houp, 46, of 1015 Shanty Hill in Wilmore, was arrested May 31 for theft by unlawful taking under $500.
— Clinton Causey, 36, of 209 Faulconer Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested June 1 for non-payment of court fees.
— Frederick Spillman, 36, of 105 S. First St. in Nicholasville, was arrested June 2 for violation of a Kentucky emergency protection order and fourth-degree assault.
— Joel Dimities Henderson, 34, of 2315 Harrodsburg Road Apt. 18 in Lexington, was arrested May 31 for failure to appear.
— Jeremy Robert Walton, 23, of 414 Keokuk Court in Versailles, was arrested May 31 for non-payment of court fees.
— Zenobia Desha Simpson, 30, of 2400 Woodpile Drive in Lexington, was arrested May 31 for second-degree disorderly conduct.
— Larisa Nesenchuk, 27, of 1143 Bethany Road in Nicholasville, was arrested May 31 for speeding 17 mph over the limit, DUI and failure to maintain required insurance.
— Dwight Sewell, 50, of 120 Garnet Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested May 31 for a probation violation.
— Laura L. Mitchell, 31, of 316 Wichita Apt. 32 in Nicholasville, was arrested May 31 for non-payment of court costs.
— Michael Combs, 38, of 309 Peachtree St. in Nicholasville, was arrested May 31 for alcohol intoxication in a public place.
— Justine R. Jennings, 36, of 1145 Orchard Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested May 31 for fourth-degree assault.
— Vicki Taylor, 43, of 318 Harding St. in Danville, was arrested May 31 for failure to appear.
— Brandi Lockhart, 30, address unknown, was arrested June 1 for failure to appear.
— Summer Ragan, 33, of 2977 Wintergreen Drive in Lexington, was arrested June 1 for non-payment of court costs.
— Tyler Andrew Berndt, 21, of 200 Holiday Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested June 1 for DUI, possession of an open alcohol container in a motor vehicle and careless driving.
— David Houston Sosby, 40, of 106 Elkchester Circle in Nicholasville, was arrested June 1 for non-payment of court costs.
— Deanna Maria Bruner, 51, of 2110 Shun Pike in Nicholasville, was arrested June 1 for second-degree robbery.
— Amber Lee Johnson, 39, of 318 Kristen Drive Apt. 9 in Richmond, was arrested June 1 for a theft of identity of another without consent, probation violation and failure to appear.
