Nicholasville man arrested for opiates
Ronald Earl Eades, 45, of 309 W. Chestnut in Nicholasville, was arrested April 4 for possession of a controlled substance (opiates) and prescription not in proper container, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
A Jessamine County e-warrant was served on Eades. A search was conducted, and inside Eades’ right front pocket officers located a blue pill bottle with the label removed and one pill inside. Eades allegedly told officers the pill was Suboxonce and he was prescribed it, but he did not have the prescription or the bottle the pill came in.
Eades was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Versailles woman arrested for cocaine
Heather L. Carpenter, 45, of 308 McDonald Drive in Versailles, was arrested April 4 for operating on a suspended or revoked license, rear license plate not illuminated, DUI and possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers observed Carpenter operating a vehicle without the rear license plate illuminated. Carpenter gave officers an ID card, and it was later confirmed she had a suspended license.
Before searching, officers asked Carpenter if she had anything on her, which she allegedly told them she had cocaine in her bra. Carpenter retrieved the cocaine herself and handed it to officers.
After speaking with Carpenter further, officers allegedly felt Carpenter was impaired and performed a field sobriety test, which Carpenter failed.
Carpenter was taken to St. Joseph Jessamine for a blood test before being transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested for methamphetamine
Clinton Gross III, 39, of 106 Carolyn Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested April 4 for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers were dispatched to the Comfort Inn on All Star Way in Nicholasville in reference to a dispute between two customers and staff. When officers arrived, Gross was observed in the parking lot with garbage bags full of his belongings. Gross allegedly told officers he was waiting for a ride.
Gross was described as having pin point pupils and unsteady on his feet. He was allegedly in the possession of a glass vial. When confronted about it, Gross allegedly hid the vial.
After being detained, the glass vile was retrieved from his right rear pant pocket, and the vial was found to contain a white crystal substance, suspected to be methamphetamine.
Gross was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested for marijuana
Zackery David Lynn Fox, 20, of 114 Lakeview Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested April 3 for second-degree disorderly conduct, menacing and possession of marijuana, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers were dispatched to Lake Mingo Park in reference to a fight in progress. Upon officer’s arrival, Fox was seen running through the park and cursing at a subject, causing alarm to many subjects in the park. Officers then allegedly observed Fox ball up his fist and swing at another male subject attempting to punch him in the face.
Fox was detained, and upon a search conducted by officers, suspected marijuana was allegedly found in Fox’s backpack.
Fox was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

— Mark Glaze, 32, of 125 Brookview Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested April 1 for receiving stolen property under $500.
— Presely Cook, 25, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested April 1 for failure to appear.
— Martin Tapia Gomez, 27, of 446 Bates Street in Harrodsburg, was arrested April 1 for DUI and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a vehicle.
— Michael D. White, 40, of 102 Cottage Street in Nicholasville, was arrested April 2 for failure to appear.
— Marcus F. Smith, 46, of 1185 Taylor Ridge Road in Nicholasville, was arrested April 2 for a parole violation.
— Cody K. Reasner, 26, of 500 Beauford Place Apt. 14 in Nicholasville, was arrested April 2 for a DUI.
— Lesia A. White, 49, of 105 Wolfe Street in Nicholasville, was arrested April 2 for public intoxication (excluding alcohol).
— Brandon Larson, 32, of 121 Squires Way in Nicholasville, was arrested April 2 for failure to appear.
— William D. Marum, 54, of 145 Lois Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested April 2 for a Fayette County warrant.
— Rebecca Sosbe, 38, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested April 2 for contempt.
— Troy A. Pennington, 44, of Tates Creek Estates in Nicholasville, was arrested April 2 for a Fayette County and Jessamine County warrant.
— Brian P. Goldey, 43, of 501 Perry Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested April 3 for a parole violation.
— Amanda J. Fogt, 34, of 102 Aiden Court Apt. A in Bardstown, was arrested April 3 for a probation violation.
— Christopher R. Scott, 41, address unknown, was arrested April 3 for failure to appear.
— Anthony L. Current, 39, of 2005 Hickory Hill Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested April 3 for operating on a suspended or revoked license.
— Christopher S. Brock, 35, of 902 E. Main St. in Stanford, was arrested April 3 for contempt of court.
— Michael H. Westfall, 46, of 344 Ettely Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested April 3 for failure to appear.
— Jer. Dillinghton, 48, of 100 Pleasant Grove in Nicholasville, was arrested April 3 for a Jessamine County warrant.
— Michael L. Todd, 44, of 140 Lois Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested April 3 for failure to appear.
— Brittney R. Reidenbaugh, 28, of 6700 Danville Loop Apt. 2 in Nicholasville, was arrested April 4 for second-degree disorderly conduct and alcohol intoxication in a public place.

— Ronald Earl Eades, 46, of 309 W. Chestnut in Nicholasville, was arrested April 4 for failure to maintain required insurance, operating on a suspended or revoked license and failure to surrender revoked operator’s license.
— Christopher James Mastin, 23, of 3501 Pimlico Parkway in Lexington, was arrested April 4 for failure to appear.
— Timothy Trusty, 45, of Cool Breeze, was arrested April 4 for a probation violation.
— Willie Williams, 59, of 320 Edgewood Drive Apt. A in Nicholasville, was arrested April 4 for alcohol intoxication in a public place, leaving the scene of an accident with failure to render aid or assistance, no registration plates and failure to maintain required insurance.
— Lajancin A. Penman, 24, of 113 Stephens St. in Nicholasville, was arrested April 4 for fourth-degree assault.
— Jermaine L. Christian, 37, of 203 Maple Leaf Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested April 4 for failure to appear and non-payment of court fees.
— Heather Michelle Neal, 39, of 310 Robinson Roe Road in Harrodsburg, was arrested April 4 for defrauding secured business creditors.

— Brandon Castle, 22, of 48 Flagship Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested April 7 for operating on a suspended or revoked license, expired registration plate, criminal mischief and failure to maintain required insurance.
