Nicholasville man arrested for wanton endangerment
Julio Cedar Herrera, 22, of 415 W. Maple St. in Nicholasville, was arrested March 28 for leaving the scene of an accident with failure to render aid or assistance, DUI, operating on a suspended or revoked license, wanton endangerment, no registration plates, criminal mischief and failure to maintain required insurance, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers received a call of a non-injury accident in the area of Staton Court and Barnes. The officer who arrived on scene found damage done to a home and was informed by people at the location a white Ford F250 drove off after the collision.
Officers found a fluid trail they were able to track to the above listed address with a white Ford truck parked in the driveway with substantial damage to the front of the vehicle and the bed of the truck. The vehicle was also noted as having flat tires.
Officers made contact with Herrera at the home who was described as having blood shot eyes, slurred speech and unsteady on his feet.
Herrera allegedly told officers he was the one who had driven the vehicle, and the hood of the vehicle was described as warm to the touch.
Herrera was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested for theft of identity of another without consent
Charles T. Parker, 25, of 321 Edgewood Drive Apt. A in Nicholasville, was arrested March 27 for rear license plate not illuminated, theft of identity of another without consent, no registration plates and operating on a suspended or revoked license, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department
After a vehicle without a rear license plate illuminated was observed by officers, a traffic stop was initiated and Parker allegedly told officers he did not have his license. It was later confirmed that Parker allegedly gave officers false identifying information.
Parker was taken out of the vehicle and detained. Upon a frisk search, officers located a syringe in Parker’s front pocket. At this point, a search of the vehicle was conducted. Officers located a small plastic baggie containing a white crystalized substance suspected to be methamphetamine. More of the substance was found in the trunk of the vehicle in a backpack belonging to Parker, according to the citation.
Parker was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center.

Lexington man arrested for DUI
Michael D. Brown, 48, of 289 W. Louden St. in Lexington, was arrested March 29 for DUI, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers responded to Orchard Drive in reference to a reckless driver from Union Mill Road. Brown was observed traveling 37 mph in a 25 mph zone. Brown was also observed swerving into oncoming traffic, according to the citation.
A traffic stop was initiated, and Brown was described as having red glossy eyes. Brown was asked to step out of the vehicle and was described as unsteady on his feet and unable to answer officers’ questions.
Brown reached for an item at his waist, and officers uncovered an unopened beer bottle. Brown was read his Miranda rights, and asked how many drinks he had. He allegedly told officers he had one beer two hours prior but had taken his prescription Klonopin 30 minutes prior to driving the vehicle.
Brown was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Willisburg man arrested for DUI
Dylan Blade Nicholas, 23, of 2972 Polin Road in Willisburg, was arrested March 25 for DUI and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a vehicle, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Nicholas was observed driving a vehicle swerving all over the roadway. A traffic stop was initiated, and Nicholas was described as having slow slurred lethargic speech. A field sobriety test was performed, which Nicholas failed.
Nicholas was transferred to St. Joseph Jessamine for a blood test, after which he was transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested for public intoxication
Gunner Walker Graham, 27, of 245 Vicksburg Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested March 26 for public intoxication (excluding alcohol) according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers responded to the above address in reference to a male subject who was believed to have overdosed. Upon arrival, officers located Graham standing outside in the parking lot. He was described as unsteady on his feet, slurred speech and stated he had taken heroin earlier.
Prior to being transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, he was transported to St. Joseph Jessamine for medical clearance, according to the citation.

— Joshua Martin, 603 W. Maple St. in Nicholasville, was arrested for trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Tera Denny, 43, of 35 Silvertree Lane in Stanford, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), fleeing or evading police, resisting arrest, menacing and second-degree disorderly conduct.
— Shon D. Davis, 26, of 616 Tocher Drive in Wilmore, was arrested for reckless driving, DUI, operating on a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).
— Michael Blair, 44, of 308 E. Main St. in Wilmore, was arrested for failure to appear.
— Ashley H. Horning, 24, of 205 Elk Chester in Nicholasville, was arrested for DUI.
— Preston Veal, 41, of 115 Pleasantview Drive in Wilmore, was arrested for failure to appear.
— Benjamin Levi Uhrig, 27, of 122 Beechwood Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested March 25 for disregarding a traffic light, operating on an expired license and DUI.
— Kenneth Kirilenko, 60, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested March 25 for failure to appear.
— Marshall T. Gabbard, 25, of 3112 Vince Road in Nicholasville, was arrested March 25 for a parole violation.
— Andy L. Isbell, 26, of 107 Turner Ave. in Lancaster, was arrested March 26 for failure to appear.
— Michael A. Weir, 29, of 212 Bluegrass Ave. in Nicholasville, was arrested March 6 for a probation violation.
— Fenisha Jackson, 29, address unknown, was arrested March 26 for failure to appear.
— Mary Cook, 33, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested March 26 for failure to appear.
— Ronald Boyko, 68, of 214 Savannah Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested March 27 for alcohol intoxication in a public place.
— Charles T. Parker, 25, of 321 Edgewood Drive Apt. A in Nicholasville, was arrested March 27 for a parole violation and failure to appear.
— Jefferey C. Brown, 45, of 218 E. Maple St. in Nicholasville, was arrested March 27 for failure to appear.
— Anthony Parker, 33, of 205 Bell Lawn Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested March 28 for contempt of court.
