Stanford woman arrested for public intoxication
Kristina D. Snow, 38, of 108 N. Central Ave. Apt. 6 in Stanford, was arrested March 10 for alcohol intoxication in a public place, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers were dispatched to 108 N. Central Ave. in reference to a woman attempting to unlawfully enter a vehicle. Upon arrival, officers observed found Snow, who appeared to be intoxicated.
Snow was described as posing a danger to herself and others and was unable to stand without assistance of officers on scene.
Snow was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Georgetown man arrested for DUI
Shannon D. Miller, 44, of 124 Lee Lane in Georgetown, was arrested March 10 for reckless driving, driving on a DUI suspended license, DUI and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers received a call that Miller was at the Circle K gas station, appearing intoxicated behind the wheel of a vehicle about to leave the parking lot.
Officers saw Miller leave the parking lot and watched as the vehicle drifted to the opposite side of the road. While pulling onto Corman Drive, Miller’s vehicle almost collided with a parked vehicle, according to the citation. When officers initiated a traffic stop, an open container of Natural Ice beer was found in the cup holder.
Miller was described as having slurred speech, blood shot eyes and having difficulty following instructions. He allegedly told officers he had a few beers.
A field sobriety test was performed, which Miller failed. He was arrested and transported to St. Joseph Jessamine before being transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center.

Nicholasville man arrested for public intoxication
Jackie Broaddus, 22, of 1142 Elm Fork Road in Nicholasville, was arrested March 11 for alcohol intoxication in a public place, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Broaddus was seen walking on North Main Street carrying a case of beer, and an open container of beer. Broaddus was stopped by officers and was described as having slurred speech and glassy eyes.
Broaddus allegedly told officers he was an alcoholic and had been drinking earlier that night. He was having trouble standing and walking.Broaddus was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Man arrested for public intoxication
Jonah R. Moman, 36, address unknown, was arrested March 6 for public intoxication (excluding alcohol), according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers observed Moman leaned over at the waist on the corner of Broadway and South Main Street. Moman was described as very sick and unable to stand. Moman allegedly told officers he had just smoked “fake weed” (spice) and still had the rolled joint in his hand.
Moman was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Woman arrested for heroin
Presley M. Cook, 25, address unknown, was arrested March 7 for possession of a controlled substance (heroin) and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers arrived at Homeplace Inn to attempt to serve a warrant to Cook. When officers knocked on the door of room 221, Cook answered and was told she was being placed under arrest.
Located on the bathroom floor was a syringe and spoon, and suspected heroin was found on the bathroom counter. Next to the heroin was a female’s purse with another syringe inside.
Cook allegedly told officers she was inside the bathroom when they arrived cleaning out her purse, and the heroin and needles were on the counter at that time. No one inside the room claimed possession of the heroin. Due to Cook advising she was in the bathroom, she was charged with possession.
Cook was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

— Christopher James Houp, 43, of 109 Nicole Court in Nicholasville, was arrested March 4 for theft by unlawful taking under $10,000.
— Jossie Rochelle Barnett, 23, of 117 Garnett Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested March 4 for theft by deception including cold checks under $500.
— Ashleigh Wells, 29, of 102 Oakwood Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested March 4 for contempt of court.
— Jennifer Thomas, 40, of 100 Preston Place in Nicholasville, was arrested March 4 for being a fugitive from another state on a Texas warrant for theft.
— Marcus Jackson, 36, of 202 Linden Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested March 5 for operating on a suspended or revoked license, menacing, terroristic threatening and resisting arrest.
— Amy Joy Deaton, 34, homeless, was arrested March 5 for failure to appear.
— Nazar Alex Svintozelskly, 18, of 304 Virginia Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested March 5 for failure to appear.
— Roger A. Fairchild, 37, of 120 Prather Drive in Georgetown, was arrested March 5 for non-payment of court costs.
— Gary W. English, 32, of 104 S. Central Ave. in Nicholasville, was arrested March 5 for theft by unlawful taking under $10,000 and theft by unlawful taking under $500.
— Stephen M. Starski, 58, address unknown, was arrested March 6 for alcohol intoxication in a public place.
— Dylan M. Wilson, 27, of 119 Briarwood Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested March 6 for a probation violation.
— David Preston Waymire, 26, of 3181 Catnip Hill Road Apt. 7 in Nicholasville, was arrested March 6 for non-payment of court costs.
— Wilson Worten, 34, of 5005 Ashgrove Road in Nicholasville, was arrested March 6 for DUI and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.
— Charles A. Jennette, 27, of 121 Henry Court in Nicholasville, was arrested March 6 for theft of identity of another without consent, carrying a concealed weapon, failure to appear and tampering with physical evidence.
— Kendi Gonzales, 34, of 310 Falconer Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested March 6 for failure to appear.
— Terrence Hart, 36, of 140 Florence Court in Nicholasville, was arrested March 6 for violation of conditions of release.

— Javier Cerda, 41, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested March 7 for failure to appear.
— Ashlee Smith, 29, of 1185 Taylor Ridge in Nicholasville, was arrested March 7 for failure to appear and contempt.

— Jacob Nathaniel Foley, 20, of 62 Dan Turner Ave. in Lancaster, was arrested March 8 for terroristic threatening and menacing.
— Tristan Kyle Easley, 18, of 1492 Elm Fork Road in Nicholasville, was arrested March 8 for speeding 26 mph over the limit and reckless driving.
— Roger Hunter, 54, of 404 Corman Road in Nicholasville, was arrested March 8 for one headlight, operating on a suspended or revoked license and no registration plates.

— Cassandra K. Reese, 35, of 305 Lake Street in Nicholasville, was arrested March 9 for theft of identity of another without consent.
— Michael Shayne Embry, 36, of 6407 Highway Apt. 77 in Chipley, Florida, was arrested March 9 for fleeing or evading police and alcohol intoxication in a public place.
— Christopher Lee McCollum, 31, of 305 Lake Street Apt. 12 in Nicholasville, was arrested March 9 for theft of a motor vehicle registration plate.
— Ricardo N. Garza, 26, of 554 Halifax Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested March 9 for speeding 26 mph over the limit and reckless driving.
