Asbury University announced the following events for Dec. 6 -8.

Today

­— Songs of the season, 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Located in the Jameson Recital Hall, The Chorale, Men’s Glee Club and Chamber Groups will, together, put on the show of the season during this spectacular Finals Week performance. Enjoy yuletide classics that are sure to make the season feel cheery and bright.

­— C.S. Lewis’ “The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe,” 7:30 p.m.

Go on a journey with Aslan, Edmund, Lucy, Peter and Susan. Asbury University’s Greathouse Theatre presents C.S. Lewis’ “The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.” This special Christmastime performance inspires with its redemptive, hope-filled message.

Additional performances will also take place at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 7; 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Dec. 8.

Friday

­— Christmas Devotions with President Gray, 10 a.m.

Located in the Hughes Auditorium, fall semester Chapels draw to a close with an insightful reflection on the meaning and story of Christmas by Asbury President Sandra C. Gray.

­— International Christmas Market, 4 to 6 p.m.

Located in the Asbury student center, shop crafts and fair-trade gifts while enjoying international music and refreshments as Asbury University’s Office of Intercultural Affairs puts on the International Christmas Market.
