Units from the Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office responded to a single vehicle collision on Union Mill Road (Ky 169) at 9:18 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 23.

A 2004 Pontiac Aztek driven by Lillianne E Faulk, 20, of Nicholasville, was eastbound when she lost control and left the roadway, striking a utility pole. Faulk was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Jessamine County Coroner’s Office.

The fatal crash occurred around 6 miles east of Nicholasville. This fatality is reportedly the fifth this year worked by the Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office.
