Through this partnership, Town & Country Bank and Trust hope to bring Merchant PACT’s payments industry expertise to their customers and the community.

“Teaming up with Merchant’s PACT was an easy decision when considering the challenges that many of our local business owners face,” President and CEO of Town & Country Bank Raffo Wimsett II said. “The merchant services industry can be inescapable with confusing terms and fluctuating costs, leaving our business banking customers helpless at times. Partnering with Merchant’s PACT has provided our customers with a trustworthy resource —  working on their behalf so they have an adequate understanding of merchant services industry pricing.”

Wimsett also said Merchant’s PACT surpasses expectations by helping to transcend their knowledge of rates and fees, contracts and product solutions and turning those rates and fees into savings for the business owner.

“Merchant’s PACT has created ‘a level playing field’ for the customer – by holding the processor accountable, leaving us beyond pleased with their services,” Wimsett said.
