Combs arraigned Monday for inducing minors to produce sexual images

A Nicholasville man was sentenced to 30 years in federal prison Monday, to be followed by a life-term of supervised release, for inducing minors to produce sexually explicit images.

Jordan Combs, 29, was arraigned this week by Chief U.S. District Judge Karen K. Caldwell, who formally sentenced Combs after he had been convicted by a jury March 8 for 10 counts of sexually explicit images in interstate commerce, four counts of producing images, five counts of distributing images and one count of possession of such images.

Combs must serve 85 percent of his sentence before his supervised release.The investigation was conducted by the Electronic Crimes Branch of Kentucky State Police and DHS-HIS. Assistant U.S. Attorney David Marye prosecuted the case.
