Patricia Ann Graham Cooper

July 22, 1951 – June 9, 2018

Patricia Ann Graham Cooper, 66, of Nicholasville passed away Saturday, June 9, after a courageous struggle with cancer, and heart failure.

She was the daughter of the late Betty Parker and Wilburn Graham. She leaves behind her loving husband of 48 years, Jackie Ladd Cooper.

In addition to her husband, she leaves a daughter Margaret Jean Cooper Humphrey, a son Harlan Bo Cooper and his fiance Dana Wachter, seven grandchildren, Sara Buffin and husband Joe, Dennie Huff III, Travis Cooper, Derek Cooper and girlfriend Victoria, Casey Ladd Cooper, Ashlyn Sharp and Abbie Harris. Five great grandchildren, Jacob Huff, Drew Buffin, Haylee Buffin, Gabbie Thomas, and Skylar Grace Sharp. Sisters and brothers Faye Stinnett and husband Bobby, Wanda Vanover, the late Roydale Parker, Keith Parker and wife Sherry, Stella House, Sandy Parker, Timothy Parker, and wife Trudy, Doug and Rhonda Graham. Special friends Mary Ann (Dandy) Hager, Johnny and Donna Hager, Jan and Mike Hager, Debbie Hager, Delores Cooper, Roann and Wayne Stinnett, and many other family and friends to numerous to mention.

Patricia is also preceded in death by her son in law, Jason Humphrey.

Bearers will be Jackie Leonard Cooper, Johnny Hager, Mike Hager, Morgan Stinnett, Paul Miller, and Rocky Johnson.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Mike Land, Joseph Cooper, Matt Stinnett, Wayne Stinnett, Delones Vaught, and Dean Brewer. Service will be Wednesday, June 13, 11 a.m., at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro Bill Bales officiating.

Glenna Sue Courtney

Aug. 19, 1937 – June 9, 2018

Glenna Sue Courtney, 80, beloved widow of the late Richard G. Courtney, of Lexington, passed away Saturday, June 9, 2018.

She was born Aug. 19, 1937 in Scott County, KY, to the late Russell and Ruby Johnson.

Mrs. Courtney was a member of Tates Creek Christian Church and a longtime employee of Farmers Bank in Nicholasville.

A loving mother and grandmother, she is survived by her loving children, Gary Dale Pack, Michael Glenn Pack, Traci Courtney Caneer; step-son, Michael Courtney; six grandchildren, Melissa Walker, Barbi Pack, Russell Pack, Miki Pack, Kennedy Caneer and Clay Caneer; two great granddaughters; one great grandson; three great great grandsons; two brothers, George Johnson and Woodie Johnson.

She was preceded in death by a great granddaughter, Lyndsey Sticker, and a brother, Gayle Johnson.

Funeral services were held 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 13, at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, Harrodsburg Road by Bro. Wally Rendel and Bro. Tommy Simpson. Entombment followed in Lexington Cemetery.

Visitation was from 1:30 p.m. until the service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
