Estes Chapel welcomes community at event earlier this month

More than 400 people attended the Estes Chapel rededication in Wilmore May 8 to celebrate the finished renovations to the historic building. Approximately 375 viewers joined online as well with live-streaming technology that allowed them to be a part of the rededication. The renovations began in November and included a new roof, energy-efficient windows and lighting, new paint and carpet, refurbished pews, wheelchair access, live-streaming technology, security enhancements and a new Asbury Seminary Hymnal.
