The Jessamine County FCCLA chapter attended a regional spring meeting on March 9 at Eastern Kentucky University where students learned about EKU, particularly its family consumer science program. Election results for the 2018 – 2019 school year are as follows: Vice President of Public Relations, Lauren Baker; Vice President of Competitive Events, Connor Stutsman.

Alexa Meza, the current vice president of public relations, was in attendance and announced Hannah Kimmel will run for state office at the state leadership conference in March.
