Nicholasville man arrested after found wandering in field

Albert B. McCullan, 36, of 6454 Danville Loop 2 in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 9 for a first-offense trafficking in a controlled substance, according to a citation issued by the Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office.

McCullan was located in a field north of 6454 Danville Loop and allegedly did not have permission to be there. Upon deputies making contact with McCullan, he was asked if he had any weapons on him and stated no.

While deputies searched McCullan he allegedly would not keep his hands on his head and kept turning around, according to the citation. Upon checking McCullan’s right rear pocket deputies felt a cylinder shaped container. Upon being asked what was in the container, McCullan allegedly told deputies pills.

Container contents were: 10 Alprazolam; 8 Clonazepam; 3 Suboxone; and one and a half Adderall. In the same pocket deputies allegedly located McCullan’s wallet with $670 in bills inside.

McCullan was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested after allegedly found passed out on side of road

Freddie E. Eary, 68, of 516 Savannah Court in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 9 for alcohol intoxication in a public place, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Officers were dispatched to the above address in reference to an individual possibly intoxicated and unconscious in the drivers seat of a parked vehicle on the side of the road. Officers observed numerous empty beer cans inside the vehicle.

Eary was described as having slurred speech and being unsteady on his feet, as well as manifestly under the influence and a danger to himself and others. He was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested on Methamphetamine charges

Brandon S. Morris, 29, of 200-2 Weil Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 11 for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

While officers patrolled W. Brown St., Morris was observed walking and the citation states that officers knew he had an open ewarrant for his arrest. After making contact and being placed under arrest, a search incident resulting in officers locating suspected methamphetamine in his wallet. Morris was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center.

Nicholasville man arrested for public intoxication

Hunter T. Scott, 34, address unknown, was arrested on March 11 for resisting arrest and public intoxication, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Officers responded to a subject walking down S. Main St. allegedly staggering and talking to themselves. Upon making contact with Scott, officers learned there was an open ewarrant out for his arrest. Scott was then pushed to the ground as officers tried to gain control and put Scott in handcuffs. Once handcuffed, officers allegedly recovered a syringe and a pill crusher from Scott’s right front pocket. Scott advised officers that he was under the influence of Suboxone, according to the citation. He was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center.

Nicholasville man arrested after failure to report traffic incident

Eric C. Washington, 31, of 126 Meadowlark Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 9 for operating on motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to report a traffic incident, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Officers were called to Susan Trace in reference to a vehicle which had struck another car and was attempting to leave the scene. Upon contact with Washington, he told officers that the vehicle was his and he had driven to Susan Trace to meet a friend. Upon further investigation it was found that Washington had struck another vehicle as well at Susan Trace while attempting to leave earlier.

Washington admitted to officers he had three bourbon drinks prior to driving, and was described as having slurred speech and being unsteady on his feet. A field sobriety test was given which Washington failed. Breathalyzer test results were .195.

Washington was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested after reports of walking into traffic with pants down

Ronald Grupka, 27, of 113 Henry Court in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 8 for a parole escape warrant, possession of a controlled substance (heroin) and public intoxication, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Officers received numerous complaints from passerbys on Main Street of Grupka walking into traffic with is pants down. Upon making contact with Grupka, he was described as acting suspicious and not being able to stand still. After being placed under arrest, a search resulted in an aluminum wrapper in Grupka’s right pant pocket with suspected heroin. Grupka was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center.

Nicholasville man arrested for trafficking in marijuana

Kane Boyles, 19, of 102 Ross St. in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 7 for trafficking in marijuana, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

On March 6, Nicholasville Police Department received a tip of Boyles being in possession of a large amount of marijuana and firearms. Upon obtaining a search warrant for the residence, officers located and confiscated three pounds or marijuana in the dresser drawer of the master bedroom. Boyles was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center.

— Charles W. Jackson, 35, of 111 Jefferson St. in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 5 for operating on a suspended or revoked license and failure to appear.

— Austin Norton, 34, of 311 W. Second St. in Frankfort, was arrested on March 5 for failure to appear.

— David miller, 49, of 1711 E. Hickman Road in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 5 for alcohol intoxication in a public place.

— Jordan N. Byrd, 19, of 102 Ross St. in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 6 for non-payment of court fees.

— Nichole Raye Thomas, 43, of 540 Drake Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 6 for non-payment of court fees.

— Loral G. Warner, 66, of 105 Lincoln Heights in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 6 for non-payment of court fees.

— Brian N. Granger, 37, of 220 Shreveport Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 6 for failure to appear.

— Lindell Maurice Robertson, 33, of 800 Beaufort Place #7 in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 6 for fourth-degree assault.

— Cleston Collins, 50, of 327 Rebel Road in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 6 for public intoxication.

— Nikolay A. Yashchuk, 27, of 330 Virginia Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 6 for first-degree first-offense possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), first-degree first-offense possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), first-degree second-offense possession of a controlled substance (heroin).

— Courtney Coffey, 27, of 300 Edgewood Drive #6 in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 7 for unlawful access to a computer, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and persistent felony offender.

— Christopher Lee, 30, of 112 Heritage Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 7 for failure to appear.

— Brandon Lee Collins, 24, of 305 Lake St. #26 in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 8 for failure to appear.

— John M. Sherrard, 38, of 801 E. Brannon Road in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 8 for failure to appear.

— Clayton Hensley, 48, of 229 E. Maple St. in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 8 for alcohol intoxication in a public place.

— Bradley Reed Smith, 35, of 208 Longview Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 8 for operating on a suspended or revoked license and no registration plates.

— Mathew Robert Clay, 27, of 151 Herrington Way in Lancaster, was arrested on March 8 for failure to appear.

— Donnie R. Barber II, 31, of 113 Stratton Ave. in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 9 for alcohol intoxication in a public place.

— Joseph Daniel Todd, 48, of 160 Curtis Lane in Lancaster, was arrested on March 9 for failure to appear.

— Carl F. Collins Jr., 35, address unknown, was arrested on March 9 for second-degree stalking.

— Lucio A. Garcia, 23, of 322 Garden Park Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 9 for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving DUI on suspended license, no-operators moped license, failure of non-operator to maintain required insurance and failure to appear.

— Tony L. Wright, 58, of 103 S. Glencove Ave. in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 10 for fourth-degree assault and non-payment of court fees.

— Jessica R. Fritts, 27, of 100 Wells Court in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 10 for non-payment of court fees.

— Marcel Anthony Clark, 26, of 3425 Pueblo Court in Lexington, was arrested on March 11 for violating of a Kentucky emergency protection order.

— Christopher A. Savage,30, of 108 N. Central Ave. #3 in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 11 for non-payment of court fees.

— Stevie Wilburn, 32, address unknown, was arrested on March 11 for failure to appear.

— Hunter T. Scott, 34, address unknown, was arrested on March 11 for a parole violation.

— Ronnie Wayne Johnson, 43, of 102 Jessamine Ave. in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 11 for non-payment of court costs.

— William Hammons, 38, of 516 Shaftesbury Road in Lexington, was arrested on March 12 for failure to appear.

— Perry L. Word, 42, of 112 Carson Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 12 for failure to appear and flagrant non-support.

— Sue Grimsby, 40, of 1209 Burden Way in Lawrenceburg, was arrested on March 13 on a Mercer County warrant.
