Nicholasville man allegedly selling drugs in Elmwood parking lot

James Thomas Burdine, 21, of 1096 Pollard Pike in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 6 for a first offense possession of a controlled substance in the first degree (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Officers responded to a call in Elmwood parking lot after allegedly receiving a tip that Burdine was there selling drugs. Upon making contact with Burdine, there was a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside the van, according to the citation.

A search of the vehicle allegedly resulted in locating a baggie of marijuana inside the center console. When Burdine was asked to exit the vehicle, officers asked if he had any weapons. He allegedly stated that he had a gun on his side that was covered by a sweatshirt, according to the citation.

Burdine was also found to be in possession of a wallet, which was allegedly found laying next to him upon exiting the vehicle. Inside the wallet was two hydrocodone tablets and 4 grams of suspected methamphetamine, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested on incest charges, sexual arrest

Modelet Dieuidonne, 40, of 100 Parker Place in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 6 on charges of incest and sexual abuse, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Officers responded to the above address in reference to possible rape and found that through investigation Dieuidonne had forcibly been raping and abusing the victim.

Dieuidonne allegedly forced the victim to have sexual intercourse with him over the last seven months, according to the citation. The victim also stated they were forced to have sex more than 20 times over that period of time without consent.

The victim allegedly had visible bite marks on their shoulder and stated Dieuidonne made threats stating the victim should never tell anyone about the incidents.

The victim also allegedly also told officers that Dieudonne groped them during this time period as well, according to the citation.

Nicholasville woman arrested for DUI

Melissa Dawn Metcalf, 39, of 109 Ware Boulevard in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 7 for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Metcalf was allegedly reported to be under the influence inside of a business, and when approached by officers stated that she had ingested beers and a couple shots of fireball whiskey at Joe’s Cock and Bull Bar before driving to the above location approximately 45 minutes before officers arrived.

Metcalf consented to a field sobriety test and allegedly stepped over the line five times and started the test early, according to the citation. Metcalf allegedly placed her foot down over three times and stopped in the middle of the test as well.

She was also described as not being able to follow instructions to perform a horizontal gaze nystagmus test and a breathalyzer test was administered with the result of  .159, according to the citation.

Lancaster woman arrested for public intoxication, possession of meth

Emily Holman, 25, of 215 Richmond Street in Lancaster, was arrested on Feb. 8 for possession of a controlled substance in the first degree (methamphetamine), promoting contraband in the first degree and public intoxication, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Officers received a 911 call that Holman was allegedly on the floor of the Walmart bathroom rolling around and throwing up.

Upon officers’ arrival, Holman had walked out of the store and entered the driver’s seat of a blue SUV. Holman was allegedly described as being very fidgety and struggling with instructions. Holman also had slurred speech, her eyes were glossy and she was described as a danger to herself and others, according to the citation.

After Holman was arrested for public intoxication, she was searched by Jessamine County Detention Center staff who allegedly located a small baggie with a white powdery residue inside described as  suspected methamphetamine.

Holman allegedly would not admit what the substance was, according to the citation.

Lexington man arrested for DUI after being involved in an injury collision

Diego Ayala, 23, of 114 Ash Ford in Lexington, was arrested on Feb. 8 for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, no operator’s moped license and failure of operator to maintain required insurance, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Ayala was operating the vehicle on US27 near Etter Drive when he was involved in an injury collision. Ayala was described as allegedly being under the influence of some intoxicants and having slurred speech, was unsteady on his feet and his eyes were glossy. On a field sobriety test, Ayala allegedly struggled to keep balance while listening to instructions, did not touch heel to toe, stepped off the line and performed an incorrect turn, according to the citation.

On a one leg stand test, Ayala allegedly put his foot down three times. Ayala also allegedly told officers he smoked marijuana and had one Corona beer, according to the citation.

Ayala was taken to the Jessamine County Detention Center where he was warned about bringing in concealed contraband.

During a search, JCDC staff located 13 Xanax tablets and nine broken Xanax tablets as well as an unknown drug in a plastic wrapper allegedly believed to be heroin which fell from Ayala’s pants while he was being searched, according to the citation.

Lexington man arrested on theft of registration plates, other charges

Jeffery W. Bailey, 32, of 601 Freeman Drive in Lexington, was arrested on Feb. 11 for  no registration plates, failure to maintain required insurance, theft of motor vehicle registration plates, operating on a suspended or revoked license and a probation violation, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Bailey was observed operating a motor vehicle with a license plate that was confirmed stolen. After initiating a traffic stop, it was discovered Bailey was operating the vehicle on a suspended license. Bailey allegedly advised officers he did not have any knowledge of the stolen plates and the vehicle was not insured, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested for DUI after allegedly running stop sign

Stuart Alexander Menk, 24, of 386 Poplar Street #A in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 10 for disregarding a stop sign and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Menk was observed operating a vehicle on Orchard Drive and disregarding a stop sign at the intersection of Peachtree Drive. Menk was stopped and was described as allegedly having glassy eyes and being unsteady on his feet. Menk allegedly admitted to consuming two alcoholic beverages three hours prior to operation of the vehicle.

A field sobriety test was performed which Menk failed according to the citation. Menk consented to a breathalyzer test which registered at .170.

Menk was placed under arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

— Judy Collies, 22, of 1130 Lexington Road in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 5 for a parole violation and failure to appear.

— Logan Truman, 19, of 117 Wills Court in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 5 for an unlawful transaction with a minor in the third degree.

— Lisa Woodward, 39, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested on Feb. 5 for failure to pay restitution.

— Amanda M. Holland, 115 Southview Drive #29 in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 5 for theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500.

— Ricky Harper,25, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested on Feb. 5 for a parole violation.

— Jonathan Asberry, 38, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested on Feb. 5 for failure to appear.

— Sethanel Candill, 26, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested on Feb. 5 for failure to appear.

— Lisa Houp, 39, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested on Feb. 5 for failure to appear.

— Cordell H. Dobson, 20, homeless, was arrested on Feb. 5 for theft by unlawful taking or distribution under $500 and failure to appear.

— Brian Kelly, 37, of 313 Harlan in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 6 for failure to appear.

— Christopher S. Hager, 33, of 612 Nottaway Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 6 for receiving stolen property under $500.

— Jason Gomez, 26, of 1534 Sugar Creek Road in Lancaster, was arrested on Feb. 6 on a Garrard County warrant.

— Jeremy Mills, 38, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested on Feb. 7 for distribution to a minor distributing cigarettes to a person under 18-years-old, assault in the third degree and criminal mischief in the third degree.

— Cameron Wood, 27, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested on Feb. 7 for burglary in the first degree.

— Sue A. Rice, 40, of 151 Bell Street in Lawrenceburg, was arrested on Feb. 7 for theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting $500 or more under $10,000 and trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree.

— Sean Kirkpatrick, 44, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested on Feb. 7 for possession of a controlled substance in the first degree (methamphetamine).
Zachary George, 27, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested on Feb. 7 for receiving stolen property $10,000 or more, possession of a controlled substance in the first degree and persistent felony offender.

— Logan Cross, 18, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested on Feb. 7 for possession of a controlled substance in the first degree (methamphetamine).

— Travis Dailey, 32, of 506 Miles Road in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 7 for a first offense unlawful use of a motor vehicle.

— Michael Hillegass, 35, of 235 Courchelle Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 7 for terroristic threatening in the third degree.

— Fredrick Spillman, 35, of 482 Erie Road in Lexington, was arrested on Feb. 8 for a probation violation, failure to appear.

— Ashley Bowman, 28, of 332 Bell Place Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 8 for an E- warrant.

— Casey Pendleton, 20, of 220 Strawberry Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 8 for criminal abuse of a child under 12-years-old.

— Larry W. Davis, 39, of 131 Allison Court in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 8 for failure to appear and a probation violation.

— Aaron D. Stott, 41, of 627 Perryville Street in Harrodsburg, was arrested on Feb. 9 for a probation violation.

— Robert Barbosa, 42, of Revivl Louse in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb.9 for possession of a controlled substance in the first degree and drug paraphernalia.

— Stephanie Ramsey, 46, of 108 Barkley Establishment in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 9 for possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, drug paraphernalia and trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree.

— Joshua Cayton Ammons, 29, of 726 Angie Avenue in Harrodsburg, was arrested on Feb. 9 for failure to appear.

— James Fofanah, 28, of 218 East Maple Street in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 10 for failure to appear and non-payment of court costs.

— Christopher Teasley, 37, of 100 Woodduck Drive in Willisburg, was arrested on Feb. 10 for non-payment of court costs and failure to appear.

— Dorothy E. Jones, 40, of 507 Foxwood Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 10 for failure to appear.

— Amber Doolin, 28, of 320 Southview Drive #106 in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 10 for criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree and persistent felony offender.

— Christel S. Davis, 42, of 404 Biloxi Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 10 for criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree and persistent felony offender.

— Krystal Woods, 32, of 400 Foxwood Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 10 for failure to appear.

— Wesley Ernest Turner, 33, of 837 Celia Lane in Lexington, was arrested on Feb. 10 for a probation violation.

— Michael V. Hager, 29, of 105 Leah Court in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 10 for a parole violation.

— Eric R. Lawson, 51, of 111 Edgewood Plaza Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 10 for theft by deception including cold checks under $500.

— Margaret E. Smith, 26, of 4256 Sulphur Well Piko in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 10 for failure to pay.

— Anthony W. Estes, 43, of 1511 Palisades Heights in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 10 for failure to pay.

— Marcus Smith, 45, of 324 Foxwood Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 12 for contempt of court.

Stanley A. Bolton, 50, address unknown, was arrested on Feb. 12 for failure to pay and failure to appear.
