• Kane Boyles – Trafficking in marijuana, eight ounces to five pounds, first-degree possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first-degree promoting contraband.

• Tommy Crain – First-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree PFO.

• Shawn Hendron – First-degree possession of a controlled substance, two counts, possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Donald Miller – Receiving stolen property, over $500, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft of motor vehicle registration plate, second-degree PFO.

• Eldon Perkins – First-degree criminal attempt to commit assault.

• Billy R. Burton – First degree fleeing or evading.

• David R Chandler – Receiving stolen property, $500 or more, first-degree PFO.

• Logan C. Cross – Public Intoxication, receiving stolen property, firearm, possession of marijuana.

• Joshua Lancaster and Rachel Justice – Theft by unlawful taking, $500 or more, second-degree PFO (Lancaster).

• Brandon Overpeck – Theft by unlawful taking, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft of identity, first-degree PFO.

• Wanny Davis – Fourth-degree assault, remand to district.

• Jordan Byrd – Possession of marijuana, remand to district.

• Natasha Richardson – Possession of drug paraphernalia, remand to district.
