The Jessamine County Grand Jury convened on Wednesday, May 10, 2017, and returned the following results in open court on Wednesday, May 10, 2017. 

• Pete Adams — First-degree bail jumping and second-degree PFO. 

• James M. Locker — Public intoxication, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Daniel D. Martinez — Public intoxication, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of legend drug.

• Charlie S. Reams — Receiving stolen property, $500 or more and first-degree PFO.

• Melinda J. Smith — Public intoxication, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft by unlawful taking $500 or more, second-degree PFO.

• Kenneth L. Webb — First-degree promoting contraband and second-degree PFO. 

• Justin Culver — First-degree burglary, trafficking in marijuana, less than 8 ounces with a firearm. 

• Homer Estes, Jr. — First-degree fleeing or evading the police, resisting arrest. 

• Billie Fain — First-degree possession of a controlled substance, theft by unlawful taking, value less than $500. 

• Wilton Hollifield — Third-degree burglary, possession of drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property, value less than $500, resisting arrest. 

• Jonathan Mastin — Three counts of first-degree sexual abuse. 

• Aaron Preston — Second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. 

• Chad Tate — Tampering with physical evidence, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree attempted burglary, possessions of burglar’s tools, possession of drug paraphernalia. 

• Carl White — Theft by unlawful taking, value less than $500, first-degree criminal mischief, resisting arrest, third-degree assault, first-degree PFO. 

• Charles Barribeau — More than 60 days have elapsed since the case was referred to the grand jury. Pursuant to RCr 5.22, the defendant should be discharged from custody and money or bonds deposited should be refunded. 

• Michael Bentley — This case was not presented and should be rescheduled for the May 24, 2017 docket. 

• Harold Thomas — This case was not presented and should be rescheduled for the May 24, 2017 docket.
