Elizabeth Morgan

March 23, 1955 – March 28, 2017

Elizabeth Lee Morgan, 62, passed away suddenly at her home in Nicholasville on March 28. She was born in Midland, Texas on March 23, 1955, to Laurel and Gail (Peters) Powers. 

She was preceded by her loving husband Joe Morgan and her son, Lucas Greene. 

She will always be lovingly remembered by her daughter Michelle, and grandchildren, Christine, Zachary, Zaylee, Raylin, Kiley. Beth cared very deeply for her friends and extended family and would do anything she could for them. She held a prominent reverence for her Apache heritage and loved creating crafts and artworks symbolizing beliefs and folklore. She also held a great passion for leather working; crafting everything from everyday goods to clothes and saddlebags, to repairs. A closed ceremony of life was held April 2, 2017. Special thanks to her daughter in law Sara Greene, her dearest friends Sandy, Gail, Wanda, and Bonnie, and to Care Cremation for being so wonderfully accommodating in our difficult time.
