The Jessamine County Grand Jury convened on Wednesday, Feb. 08, 2017 and returned the following results in open court on Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2017. 

• David Peel — second-degree escape; bail jumping; first-degree tampering with a prisoner monitoring device

• Jonathan Bolton — receiving stolen property, value $500 or more

• Vernon Evans — first-degree, assault 

• Christopher Jones — first-degree, trafficking in a controlled substance

• Austin Silvers —first-degree, trafficking in a controlled substance; operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license; second-degree, PFO

• Dewayne Thacker — second-offense, driving under the influence; first-degree, possession of a controlled substance
