Nicholasville Police Department

Francois Mupenzi, 61, 1510 Versailles Road, Lexington, was arrested Dec. 4 at South Main Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.

Jeremy E. Whalen, 32, 227 Green St., was arrested Dec. 4 at the home address and charged with fourth-degree assault.

Robert M. Montgomery, 32, 635 Carrigan, Danville, was arrested Dec. 3 at Kohls and charged with theft by unlawful taking or distribution under $500.

Shawn T. Gibson, 21, 141 May Court, was arrested Dec. 3 at Nicholasville Bypass and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.

Nancy Hafley, 45, 300 Southbrook Drive, was arrested Nov. 29 at the home address and charged with fourth-degree assault.

The Nicholasville Police Department served 10 warrants.
