Indictments published September 29

Jessamine County grand jury convened Wednesday, Sept. 21, and returned the following indictments and results in open court on that day:

• Ronald Grupka and April Bain — first-degree possession of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Millicent B. Jones — operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, forth or subsequent offense.

• Robert K. Jones — promoting contraband; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance; first-degree persistent felony offender.

• Pavlo A. Kudwyk —  operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; first-degree fleeing or evading; third-degree assault (two  counts). 

• Liona Ladeau — second-degree disorderly conduct; third-degree assault (two counts).

• Odeh Mashni, Kevin Mashni and Lonisue N. Bell — receiving stolen property, $500 or more.

• Desiree M. Newell — theft by unlawful talking, $500 or more. 

• Claude Phillip Parvin — theft by failure to make required disposition, $500 or more. 

• Miranda Price — first-degree possession of a controlled substance

• Matthew Stanton — first-degree possession of a controlled substance. 

• Nicole Thomas — second-degree driving under the influence; driving on a suspended license; first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Jerry Warner — operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; third-degree assault (five counts). 

• Ricky Wheeler, Jr. — operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance; second-degree persistent felony offender. 

• John E. Winkle — theft by unlawful taking; carrying a concealed weapon; unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursor. 

• Sean Blankenship — leaving the scene of an accident; tampering with physical evidence; felon in possession of a handgun. 

• Andrew Conner —first-degree  promoting contraband.

• Michael Denger — driving under the influence; first-degree wanton endangerment; operating a vehicle on a suspended license. 

• Rex Gardner — receiving stolen property, value of $10,000 or more.

• Bryan Lunsford — driving under the influence, third offense; operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended for a DUI, second offense with aggravating circumstances.

• Zachary Mackie — felon in possession of a handgun; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance; possession of a defaced firearm; second-degree persistent felony offender.

• Billy Reese — incest (three counts).

• Christian Vonroenn — first-degree burglary; felon in possession of a handgun; theft by identity; first-degree persistent felony offender.
