Billy Earl Reese, 58, of Nicholasville has been released from the Jessamine County Detention Center on bond after being charged with three counts of incest on Sept. 6. 

The investigation into the three charges, one of which was with a minor, started the same day Reese was arrested, according to the police report. 

His next court date is currently unknown.
