• Billy Earl Reese, 58, 1701 River Road, was arrested on three charges of incest on Sept. 6, at his home address.

• Anthony W. Jones, 42, 104 San Antonio Way, was arrested Sept. 8, at Crowe and San Antonio Way and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

• John R. House, 36, 280 Woodview Dr., was arrested Sept. 8, at Ashgrove Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs.

• Cali Fellers, 25, 169 Susan Trace, was arrested Sept. 6, at the home address and charged with second-degree forgery.

• Dennis J. Slade, 46, 160 Brome Dr., was arrested Sept. 7, at 1024 N. Main St. and charged with theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500.

• Joe D. Angel, 40, 325 E. Brown St., was arrested Sept. 7, at E. Brannon Road and charged with theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500.

• Caleb F. Bell, 23, 320 Southview Dr., was arrested Sept. 8, at Derby Ridge Apartment and charged with public intoxication of a controlled substance.

• Bobby J. Menville, 34, 1035 Pin Oak Dr., was arrested Sept. 8, at 995 S. Main St. and charged with theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500.

• Luna Menville, 21, 1035 Pin Oak Dr., was arrested Sept. 8, at 995 S. Main St. and charged with theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500.

• Lucas Karpuleon, 24, 518 Greenbriar, was arrested Sept. 10, at 100 Tomhawk Dr. and charged with public intoxication of a controlled substance.

• Michael G. Kyle, 46, 3330 Fords Mill Road, was arrested Sept. 10, at Kohl’s and charged with theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500.

• Joey Reed, 35, 465 Kesterson Rd., was arrested Sept. 9, at N. Main Street and charged with theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500.
