Ministerial association to hold breakfast

A fellowship breakfast for the Jessamine County Ministerial Asso-ciation will be held at Golden Corral in Nicholasville at 8 a.m. Saturday, March 13. All pastors, ministers and chaplains in Jessa-mine County are invited to attend. No RSVPs are needed. As you pay for your meal, let the cashier know you are there for the JCMA breakfast, and you will be guided to the gathering area.

The Francis Asbury Society has been invited to share its vision and the resources they provide. A copy of the booklet “J.O. Fraser: The Prayer of Faith” will be given to those attending the breakfast.

The event will conclude around 9 a.m. Contact Dwight Winter at 858-3521 or Jeff Mandrell at 885-4311 with any questions.

Bethel to holding singing

Bethel Christian Church will host a gathering of Christian singers and musicians at 6 p.m. Saturday, March 20. The event will feature contemporary, southern and bluegrass gospel singers.

Those who would like to come and perform are asked to call Danny Smith at 859-887-2947 or 859-327-7698. The church is located at the corner of Bethel Road and Phillips Lane.

Bethany to hold chili supper

Bethany Christian Church will hold a chili supper at 6 p.m. March 20. The cost is $5 per person and includes chili, sandwich, dessert and drink. The church is located at 1360 Bethany Road.
