School lunch menus for March 1 - March 5

Elementary schools

March 1

Choice of one: Popcorn chicken with roll, deli ham sandwich. Sides: Whipped potatoes, baked beans, fresh fruit, chilled peaches, pudding with topping.

March 2

Choice of one: Pizza, tuna salad sandwich. Sides: Tossed salad, veggies with dip, fresh fruit, pineapple tidbits, cookie.

March 3

Choice of one: Hamburger on bun, fish fillet on bun. Sides: Trimmings, baked beans, French fries, coleslaw, fresh fruit, cinnamon applesauce, Jello with topping.

March 4

Choice of one: Spaghetti with meat sauce, chicken and cheese quesadilla. Sides: Garden salad, green beans, Texas toast, fresh fruit, chilled pears, ice cream cup.

March 5

Choice of one: Jumbo taco with trimmings, chicken patty sandwich, fish sandwich. Sides: White or fiesta rice, seasoned corn, fresh fruit, fruit cocktail, juice bar.

Middle and high schools

March 1

Choice of one: Chicken nuggets, submarine sandwich, honey barbecue rib on bun. Sides: Green beans, whipped potatoes, layered pea salad, fresh fruit, fruit cocktail, hot roll, chocolate chip cookie.

March 2

Choice of one: Nachos with cheese and beef, burrito with cheese sauce, shrimp poppers with hush puppies. Sides: Seasoned corn, refried beans, pasta salad, tossed salad, fresh fruit, chilled pears, chocolate brownie with icing.

March 3

Choice of one: Oven baked chicken with roll, foot long with Coney sauce, ham and cheese sandwich. Sides: Whipped potatoes, seasoned peas, pickled beets, fresh fruit, applesauce, hot roll, fruit cobbler.

March 4

Choice of one: Spaghetti and meat sauce, Oriental chicken with rice, chicken and cheese quesadilla. Sides: California blend, veggies with dip, tossed salad, three bean salad, fresh fruit, chilled peaches, garlic breadstick, fruit sherbet.

March 5

Choice of one: Fish fillet, popcorn chicken, corn dog. Sides: Macaroni and cheese, seasoned broccoli, baked beans, coleslaw, fresh fruit, pineapple tidbits, corn muffin, pudding with topping.

Milk or beverage of choice on each menu. Meal cost: Lunch $1.25, reduced price lunch 40 cents, breakfast 80 cents, reduced breakfast 30 cents, extra milk 35 cents and adult meal price is $2.25. Additional entrée choices: chef salad; daily additional vegetable choice: veggies and tossed salad.
