Jessamine County sheriff reports

• Ronald Edward Wright, 77, 305 Homestead Drive, was arrested Jan. 26 at that address, and charged with failure to comply with the Kentucky sex-offender registry.

• Vachroan R. Johnson, 35, 3645 Appian Way No. 6, Lexington, was arrested Jan. 29 at 1024 North Main Street, and charged with public intoxication.

• Paul A. Schember, 63, 521 Pin Oak Drive, was arrested Jan. 30 at U.S. 27 and Etter Drive, and charged with disregarding a stop light, resisting arrest, driving with a suspended license and second-degree cruelty to animals.

• Larry W. Long, 37, 201 Canter Lane, was arrested Feb. 1 at U.S. 68 and Ky. 29, and charged with driving with expired registration, driving without insurance and DUI.

• Carolyn S. Dunn, 45, 166 Lois Lane, was arrested Feb. 5 at the Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office, and charged with theft by deception.

• Jeffrey W. Webb, 19, 126 1/2 Cottage Street, was arrested Feb. 7 at North Main Street and Orchard Drive, and charged with receiving stolen property.

• Whitney L. Owsley, 18, 1412 Deer Lake Circle, Lexington, was arrested Feb. 12 at Ashgrove Pike and Tates Creek Road, and charged with possession of marijuana.

• Shawn C. Linio, 23, 342 Waller Avenue, Lexington, was arrested Feb. 13 on Keene Road, and charged with DUI.

• Kevin Locker, 24, 2015 Pollard Pike, was arrested Feb. 13 at 2000 Pollard Pike, and charged with giving police a false name or address.
