Nicholasville Police reports

• Richard R. Dicarlo, 53, 609 Cannonball Drive, was arrested Dec. 7 at that address, and charged with fourth-degree assault.

• Kelsey L. Bush, 19, 243 Courchelle Drive, was arrested Dec. 6 at that address, and charged with second-degree robbery.

• Alan Wells Jr., 30, 221 Rebel Road, was arrested Dec. 6 on Rebel Road, and charged with operating on a suspended license.

• Stephen A. Withers, 58, 4457 Hwy. 379, Russell Springs, Ky., was arrested Dec. 4 at U.S. 27, and charged with DUI.

• Freddie E. Fary, 59, 3030 Lexington Road Lot 32, was arrested Dec. 5 at Broadway and Main streets, and charged with DUI.

• Troy L. Adams, 42, 91 E. Grubbs Lane, Danville, was arrested Dec. 6 at U.S. 27 and Main Street, and charged with DUI and failure to give right-of-way to stopped emergency vehicle.

• Autria L. Calhoun, 29, 110 Cypress, was arrested Dec. 6 at U.S. 27, and charged with one headlight and DUI.

• Stuart D. Day, 45, 1375 Kennedy Bridge Road, Lancaster, was arrested Dec. 4 at 229 E. Maple St., and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

• Marvin F. Seagraves II, 31, 1556 Alexandria Drive Apt. 2A, was arrested Dec. 4 at Murphy’s Oil, and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and prescription controlled substance no in its original container.
